Custom Wallboard - SQL Help for lost AgentStateDetail records

Unanswered Question
Aug 7th, 2009

I've got a custom-written wallboard to monitor agents and traffic real-time. When I change the Agent competence level or remove a skill, the agent's records are no longer available in the AgentStateDetail table. Because of this, the agent's status is unknown until there is a new status change generated by the CAD agent (a new entry in AgentStateDetail is then created). Is there a way around this?

I have this problem too.

As soon as the change to agent is made via CCM or LDAP, click on the Resources link in AppAdmin or try to restart the CRS engine.

The Agent resourceID changes in the Resource table whenever you modify the agent skills. I had an inner join with the AgentStateDetail.agentID to Resource.resourceID that would fail due the the new resourceID for the agent.

Thanks for your help
