Gatekeeper called failed in CCM 7

hi,

try to simulate call like this:

IP Phone --- GW---GK---CM 7---- IP Phone

ext 3001 ext 5002

Call failed from 3001 to 5002, and said Unknown number

- Config for GW & GK attached.

- Config in CCM , just Translation Pattern , GK and H 225 Trunk

any idea ?

Hi Ivan

We need CUCM SDI traces for all nodes in that SDL I dont see any call to 5002.

Also upload GW:

debug h225 asn1

debug h245 asn1

debug voice ccapi ino

How many nodes?

I see in the GK that you are sending 1#5002,

so in CUCM make sure you the ICT GK trunk can reach 5002 using 1#5002 (significant digist or playing with translation patterns ie 1#.!)
