SIP 7941 Wrong Extension but registered with CUCM 7

Have a 7941 (SIP) that used to be extension 2101 however I chnged it to extension 2801 and everything was okay with it. The problem I'm having is after rebooting the CUCM 7 server the phone reverted back to extension 2101 and is even registered with the CUCM 7 server however can't place any calls. I tried factory defaulting the phone but it still came up with 2101. Any ideas would be appreciated.....

Try to do the following:

Check replication

Restart TFTP on the PUB

Restart RIS Data Collector on the pub

Restart TFTP on the sub

Restart phones to factory default.
