Catalyst Express 520 - Not Routing

The 2 switches are no longer routing internet traffic over the lan. POE for the IP phones is working.

Any suggestions what to look at or is this a TAC issue?

catalyst 520 is a pure layer 2 switch and does not do the routing. you must clarify what the issue is.
