it depends.
U should think about services which u plan to use.
using 2811 only for S2S vpn is unreasonable i think. instead of this u can use 871 router. but if u plan to use any network modules or ip voice then deployment of something like 2811 become more reasonable. in any case it's not enough initial information in ur post.
