SCE subscriber policy

Hi Experts,

I am new to SCE functionality, I have a case where we want to deploy SCE8000 for DPI functionality in a mobile network environment.

So my question is how can the SCE receive the mapping between the IP address of the subscriber and the MSISDN of the subscriber(noting that the IP address is allocated to the subscriber via DHCP on the GGSN(non-Cisco)) in order for it to apply certain policies on a specific subscriber?

Hi Hussien,

You can map the same subscriber using both IP address and MSISDN but you must enforce the user to use Radius to make sure that the SCE will update both traffic to the same user Qouta and policy.
