Inline Card Not Intercepting Traffic

Hello,

I have a customer deployment where the inline card is in "Interception Mode" but is not intercepting traffic. It is most bizarre. The card is "NOT" in bypass mode or shutdown. Has anyone else ever seen this and if so, can you point me in the correct direction to possibly fix it?

Hi Jerry,

What are the symptoms that cause you to believe that the inline module is not intercepting traffic? Do you see connections in pass-through? If so, what is the pass-through reason?

Would it be possible for you to provide a copy of your device configurations (router, WAE, switch)?

You will also want to review the physical cabling as that can have an impact when using inline mode.
