Faulty internal power supply detected

Dear All,

I have this output from 3560 switch "Faulty internal power supply detected" when I type "show log" and the switch is already switched over on its RPS if anyone have documentation about the causes for this about please send it.

2- what time does the switch take to switch to its the RPS.
