I have a voice gateway with FXO ports and the calls are disconnecting after 180 seconds.

I already configured the "timeouts ringing infinity" but doesn't work.

It's telling you very cleary...
you need
no supervisory answer dualtone
The, supervisory disconnect likely won't work as that, but that's another issue.

I removed this configuration and issue is resolved.
The supervisory disconnect of the call appears doesn't have been impaired.
