This is the configuration of the FXO port:

voice-port 0/0/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory answer dualtone

cptone BR

timeouts call-disconnect 1

timeouts wait-release 1

timing hookflash-out 50

connection plar 10002

I already configured the "timeouts ringing infinity" but doesn't work.

It's telling you very cleary...

you need

no supervisory answer dualtone

The, supervisory disconnect likely won't work as that, but that's another issue.

I removed this configuration and issue is resolved.

The supervisory disconnect of the call appears doesn't have been impaired.

Thanks.

Very good, thanks for the nice rating and good luck!
