I usually use

'show np X me-stat "-s...."

where ... can FP, ICM, OCM, HTTP, LB, ..

Basically you get the stats for every module.

FP is Fastpath, the first module to receive the packet.

ICM is Inbound Connection Manager which receives from FP all traffic that required a new connection to be setup.

OCM is Outbound Connection Manager and it does all the nating

...

Each module has its own set of counters.

But there are so many and the counters are so tied to the software code, that we consider them as for engineering only.

We are working on documenting some of those counters and even provide a tool to automatically detect the important info.
