Dynamic express WIM chat page contents and dev guide

Greetings - has anyone accessed referrer URL info and domain information to be able to dynamically update the chat window to display this information when a person initiates a chat. Also, the referrer URL is saved, has anyone been able to grab this parameter and display on an agent screen to see where the chat request was referred from (URL)? Finally, were there any dev guides for custsomizing the chat window and accessing the chat request window to pass additional information to the agent beyond just a chat request? (ie presenting fields in the chat request, and passing those parameters to the agent)
