SPA9000 and SPA942 too silent

Hello everybody,

customer have this configuration

SPA9000

SPA942 - 3x

SPA400

with

2x SIP account

1x PSTN line via SPA400

if customer calling opposite side have very silent audio

How i can change sensitivity of microphone in SPA942 ?

You can modify the "Handset Input Gain" under the Phone tab of the SPA942s.
