how to determine the number of in and outbound calls?

Hi all,

I am looking for a possibility to analyze or summarize how much calls in a certain peroid of time are inbound and are outbound.

We want to devide or connection into Sip-Trunks and E1/Pri. Sip Trunks for outbound and E1/Pri for inbound and want to calculate the SIP-Connection needed for this.

Is there a way in Callmanager 6.1 ?

Enable CDR from serviceability page then you will gather statistics you need.

unfortunally on this cluster we do not have CDR enabled.

Seems as if I have to do that on a weekend :-(
