LMS 3.2 is not supporting WS-C6506-E

switches. is there any way to rectify the same.please help. Thanks in Advance.

LMS 3.2 should support the 6506-E just fine. Exactly what isn't working? What is the sysObjectID of your switch?

When i look in Common services, i got a question mark icon next to the device.

Moreover, RME is not able to fetch the config

This sounds like a package problem. What is the sysObjectID of this switch?

Hi

I have the same problem with LMS3.2.  In my DCR the icon of 6506-E is a question mark. But when we use chassisView to query the device ， it works. All module can be appeard . I think the snmp is ok.Is anybody can help me to solve this problem? Thanks!!
By the way, how do we find sysObjectID?
