LMS 3.1 - IPM DefaultICMPJitter

For some reason when I set the DefaultICMPJitter collector I receieve an error "config failed" The other collectors configure fine. Any help is appreciated.

ICMP Jitter requires a source device running 12.4(6)T or higher. Is this the case? Do you have your SNMP read-write credentials properly configured on the device and in DCR?

I am running 12.4(13r)T. Yes, SNMP RW has been implemented. DCR has been verified with correct credentials.

I check the core switch and the version is: Version 12.2(18)SXE1
