Multiple Hunt Group Membership

Hi,

We are running CUCM6.1 and have users who are members of multiple hunt groups. They require to log into various different hunt groups at various times of the day.

However, the HLog feature logs the device out of all hunt groups it's a member of.

In CallManager Express, you could configure Feature Access Codes that allow you to dynamicaly log in/out of hunt groups.

Does anyone know of a similar feature in Call Manager, I looked hard and found nothing but refuse to believe there is no way to do such an obviously simple task.

hopefully I'm missing something!!

There is currently no way of doing this within UCM; HLog is all or nothing.

The only thing I could think of is writing a third-party application that adds/removes the DN to the line group(s) through AXL. You could write an XML Service UI to give the user control over this perhaps.

Do not refuse to believe anything about CCM and simple tasks, as you might well be surprised.
