I would like to know how to append a digit to the called party?

For example, if the dialed digit is "1000", I would like to have a translation pattern which converts the dialled digits to "1000#"

I tired "XXXX#" as the transformation mask. But it didn't help.

I need this because i need to convert the pattern 7998000 to "90011914466228000#"
