Shared Line

Hello, my customer has a shared setup on his 7975 so of course when he receive a call both phone rings. the problem is while he is on a call if a second call comes in, when he answer, the second call doesn't show on the other phone only the first call. any suggestion ?the CUCM version is 7. thanks.

I have this problem too.
