I have an extension that can not be called from inside the network or outside the network, each attempt gets a fast busy. I checked the phone and it is registered to the CM. All other lines attached to the phone can be called just fine. When a dialed number analyzer is used on that extension it shows the phone registration as "unknown". I also found that there are more than one boot load for the phone in question. 7961G, and a call manager 6.1 (I think). I will update with full version if needed.

Try to do the following:
Stop RIS service on Subscriber from CCMAdmin Control Center.
Disable RIS service on Subscriber from CCMAdmin Service Activation.
Reboot Subscriber server.
Enable RIS service on Subscriber from CCMAdmin Service Activation.
Start RIS service on Subscriber service from CCMAdmin Control Center.

I found that this is happening allot on many of the CM's in the same version. I found a bug (CSCso93220)that deals with Database replication issues. A service reset works some of the times but not always. What we did for this issue was to upgrade to version 7 and just pass up the service restarts. Thanks!
