UC520 prompt management via telephone

Hello... I've configured an extension for prompt management which works well up to the authentication part. It keeps rejecting the user PIN. I've added more than one user as member to the group all with the same problem.

Any ideas?

This is a common issue. Add the user to the administrators group and make sure it has "Administration via Telephone" enabled.

sorry.... the end user just informed me that he actually can't get to voicemail. Most likely his PIN has to be reset. The other user never changed the system-generated PIN.

I created another group for Prompt Management and added both users. Thanks.

Issue resolved after resetting the user's PIN.

Now moving to the next phase of recording the prompts and customizing the script.
