Base Radio MAC conflicts

I have an AP that keeps disappearing and reports "Warning: AP with Base Radio MAC has found its IP Address being used by a machine with MAC Address"

What can I do to stop this?

The other machine may have manually configured the NIC. Track down that host and take it off the network.
