I purchased a CISCO2821-CCME/K9 and I want purchase ten CP-7941G. Do I need order the phones with CP-7941G part number or do I need order the phones with CP-7941G-CCME part number?.

Either will work, the -CCME ones come with the legal license.

Thanks, but still have a doubt, are the IOS license, Feature License and Phone User license included in the CISCO2821-CCME-K/9 Voice Bundle?.

No, phone license are not included in that bundle. New bundles may have the phone licenses included.
