Solved: Recommended Call Accounting software for CUCM 6.1

We are going to lease some phones to a new tenant in our office. We need to have a call accounting software so we can charge their Long Distance phone usages.

What is the recommended Call Accounting software for CUCM 6.1? that can create an accurate phone record and record LD usage preferable that can create LD phone bill.

What would be the estimate cost to purchase the software?

We have about 500 users.

Good post as always Rob. ISI is really easy to use and pretty user friendly. Not a lot of setup and LDAP integration makes it even easier.
