Call Forward results in Reorder Tone

We are using CUCM 6.1.I need to divert a phone number and this results in reorder tone.There is a translation pattern to change the ext numbers.When the divert is removed it works fine and i am sure that this number is not a part of any hunt group.

I have this problem too.

What's the exact call flow on this?


To an IP Phone?? PSTN number?

arrange Vasco's deskphone (9230 7542) to divert to Tim's phone (9230 7538) if unanswered, then if Tim can't answer, divert to Nicolle (9230 7528), if that is unanswered divert to the Possums Hunt Group (Nicolle's team), then if that is not answered go back to reception.

we are using the translation pattern of 55XX for 923075XX.

All the phones are IP Phones.

from the first phone it is CFA and from the second number onwards it is CFNA.
