NAM is inaccessible

Hello Experts,

I've setup NM-NAM v4.0 on 3845 router. I configured external NAM Management Interface and IP unnumbered Integrated-Service-Module. This setup had been working for about 1 month. Then, there was power shutdown incident. The router was rebooted. Since then, I'm unable to access the NAM via http. The ping to/from NAM external interface is also fail. Everything else seems okay. I still can session into the NAM via router CLI. Anything else I should check from here? I've also reloaded/reset the NAM.

2nd question, with the above condition, will I lose the information captured/stored on NAM HDD?

Thank you in advanced.

Check the configuration on the NAM to make sure it's still there. That is, if you can session to it, run "show config", and verify the IP information is still consistent. It would also be helpful to see the config from the NAM and router to see if anything looks obviously wrong. You may also want to review http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/network_analysis_module_software/4.0/branch_router/configuration/guide/BR_incfg_120.html#wp1137682 to make sure that everything is still properly configured interface-wise.

Thank you for your prompt reply and pointer. It was the external factor that caused the inaccessibility.
