Does Cisco LMS has a built-in Syslog capability? Standard or Extended.
Thanks

The Windows version of LMS includes a built-in syslog server which only supports udp/514 syslog messages (syslog over TCP or BEEP is not supported). The Solaris version of LMS does not include its own syslog daemon. We rely on the OS syslogd.
However, we have recently started to support syslog-ng in LMS. The attached whitepaper should help if you want to set that up.

Yes there is a syslog server with ciscoworks.
Not sure what you mean by standard or extended.
