Unified Business Attendant Console Music on Hold

I have installed Cisco Unified Business Attendant version with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1.2 . All works fine , but I want play Greeting Message and music on Hold on incoming call that waiting on console queue . Is it possible? If Yes , How I can do it?

The greeting message would need to be performed by Unity or another application prior to arriving at CUxAC. This version of the code does not include the Voice Server component from Arc.

Music on hold is a setting within Arc configuration but Cisco did not provide that interface. I am not aware of a way to change this behavior but I would be happy to be corrected here if someone else knows otherwise.
