NO MORE MOH RESOURCES

All the phones in the local area can't get MOH, all I get is silence, I have the following error in event log:

Error:MohNoMoreResourcesAvailable - No more MOH resources available.

I have no idea how should I solve this problem, I realized that on the folder where the music file is stored it only exists an U-law file instead of A-law file which is supposed to be used in Europe, this seems to be self generated, should I introduce a A-law file on this folder?

Please any hint will be really appreciated.

Was this working before??

You can go to the IPVMS service parameters and enable other codecs to be used.

Otherwise check the MOH source is OK or try restarting IPVMS.

Seem that restarting the service didn't fix, I don't really know if it worked before.

I have attached the log, the test was done at 9:46, please take a look at the errors.

The error No more resources doen't appear any more.
