I have some telephones 7940 that appeared not registered, I made factory reset from the telephones and delete and add again on callmanager but I cant get register again.. please any suggest

You may have a problem on the switch, port error disabled, etc. So check that DHCP requests hits the server in first place.

Check switch port configuration and state, DHCP service on CM.

DHCP is given for a separated server , the starneg is that only specifics phones ..I will check , but the switches are giving services for other phones that wroking well
