CM Tomcat Utils looks like it has crashed??

We have a call manager publisher and subscriber 5.1.2. The publisher appears to be up and running but we can't access the GUI interface and we had this happen on Monday as well. On Monday I was able to ssh into the CM CLI and enter "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat" to get the service back up and running. Today when I issue this command the service is not restoring? Any guidance as to how to get the service up and running again?

Please advise. Thank you.

What is the detailed CallManager version including the service release?

What is the Windows OS version running on the server? You can check the windows OS version by run c:\>utils\mcsver from DOS command line.

Are your running DC directory or AD plug-in?

We are running cm 5.1.2 and tomcat was crashing for a few days. We wound up having to reboot our publisher and that took care of the problem.
