We have a call manager publisher and subscriber 5.1.2. The publisher appears to be up and running but we can't access the GUI interface and we had this happen on Monday as well. On Monday I was able to ssh into the CM CLI and enter "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat" to get the service back up and running. Today when I issue this command the service is not restoring? Any guidance as to how to get the service up and running again?
