Corporate Directory Issue

i have a user that is not showing up ion the Corporate Directory. I have checked that there setup, but there still not displaying. Am i missing something? This is CCM version 3.3(3)SR3.

The phone's corporate directory application reads the data from the DC directory. Restart the TCD (Telephony Call Dispatcher) service for the directory to sync.
