How can I adjust the Music on Hold volume on the UC520?

We have several customers that have external music on hold devices connected to the UC520 unit. They are reporting the following problems with the Music on Hold on the UC520:

  • Music on Hold is too loud
  • Callers can hear noise when music on hold is played

Here is the default configuration for the external Music on Hold port on the UC520:

voice-port 0/4/0
signal immediate
input gain auto-control -15

What adjustments do I need to make in order to reduce the volume of the Music on Hold and to eliminate the noise that the callers hear?

I have this problem too.
