We have several customers that have external music on hold devices connected to the UC520 unit. They are reporting the following problems with the Music on Hold on the UC520:
- Music on Hold is too loud
- Callers can hear noise when music on hold is played
Here is the default configuration for the external Music on Hold port on the UC520:
input gain auto-control -15
What adjustments do I need to make in order to reduce the volume of the Music on Hold and to eliminate the noise that the callers hear?
