Im not use to 2980 switches. How do I change the console, telnet and enable password?

enable password:
conf t, enable password XXX
telnet password:
conf t
line vty 0 4
password YYY
Console password:
line con 0
password ZZZ

2980 switches are CatOS switches :-)
set password
set enablepassword
Then you'll be prompted for old password which by factory default is and then you will be asked for the new password twice.
