Pings timeout using CEF.

The server 10.6.22.10 I'm pinging resides on FastEthernet0/0is 10.6.1.1/16. If I send the ping from f0/0 I get reply -below is the output:

If I send the pings from 10.200.16.22 F2/1 they time out.- below is that output but notice FIB.

There is a static arp entry for the 10.6.22.10 device also. Microsoft Net Load Balancing.

If I do a show ip cef I don't see 10.6.22.1 in the table but it's in the routing table.

The second output shows that packets are indeed being sent, now just check if 10.6.22.10 has a proper default gateway configured. If possible install wireshark on this system and observe the packet flow, it will give a more clear view as what is happening when you are sending ping from 10.6.22.10 to any ip beyond its gateway.
