Can the same auto qos voip be set on an ASA 5505? I can do this on basic routers all day long.

Hi,
AutoQoS is supported only in routers and switches.

IT Figures - Routers are EXTREMELY superior to ASA's - ASA's SUCK and have WAY too many limitations - the Entire IT world has been scammed!
