Hi ,
We rae using Cisco 2800 series router on which PRI is terminated on this router.This router is integrated to Call Manager version 6.1 as H.323 Gateway.
The setup was working fine for lasy 6-7 months but now we are facing problem of voice getting cut/cracking when we make from IP phone to PSTN.
We got the PRI checked & seems to have no issue.
Can somebody help on the same?

Hi,
Have you got switch QOS configured ?
Is it every call thats affected or just intermittent calls ?
Have you checked sh interface serial x/x/x:15 for any errors/carrier transitions etc
Is it only outgoing calls, what about incoming ?
You could have a bad channel/s on your PRI...

Hi,
QoS is not configured. The PRI line is OK since it has been checked by service provider. The problem is occurring for incoming calls.
