Retrieving messages is about 11 seconds, the version of Unity is 5.x and the exhange 2007 is remotely located. What will be the needed adjustment on the Unity?Where to adjust? It must be minimized as the delay is not acceptable.Any assist will be great. Thanks in advance.

What do you mean "Exchange 2007 is remotely located"? This is not supported for this exact reason! The Unity documentation states that the Exchange server (and subscriber mailboxes) must be located within the same data center as Unity and have a total MAPI response time of less than 10ms.

Thanks on the reply. Originally the designed was unity and exhange server are on the same location. But,obviously the exchange still place on the different location. Is there any workaround for this? Can we get any solution to minimize delay given the existing set-up? Any suggestion to resolve this please. Thanks in advance.
