Hi there,
I've connected the CallManager Express through a SIP trunk to a SIP provider. I have the following situation:
Sip Telephone Number -> SIP Provider -> SIP TRUNK -> CallManager Express -> IP Phone
When I call the SIP telephone number (either from PSTN or chell phone), then there is no Ring Back.
I hope someone can help me to sort out this issue.

Try
progress_ind setup enable 3
under the incoming voip DP.

progress_ind is for h.323 only (at least that's what they say in the command ref) ;)

This was originally written for H323, but I've seen it applied for SIP as well.

Yama,
once you have produced the debug innformation, after the INVITE from your SIP provider as a result of the incoming call attempt, your gw shoudl send a 180 "RINGING" message back to your SIP provider, see if that is actually happening
