Do Cisco offer any kind of free log analysers to go with their firewalls/SmartNET contracts?

AFAIK there is no freeware firewall analisys tools from Cisco, there is Cisco security mananger CSM, there may be a trial lisence, not sure, you may want to check with TAC or your cisco support rep .
