Hi All,
I have the following scenario:
A)a 7940 with two extensions x1111 and x2222 (x1111 is ok and the main extension of this phone)
B)each extension has a voice mail box on Cisco Unity 4.2 Build 4.2(1)
C) A toll free associated to the extension 2222, the call is routed thru Intercluster trunk from one cluster to the cluster where is the extension 2222
d) When the 2222 receive internal or local calls (local pstn) its get the voice mail personal gretting without issue, but the call is received from a caller to the 800#, it's reaching a different greeting of the cisco unity that says '': you have reached a cisco message service⦠from a touchtoneâ¦'' and then it says wait for an operator and nothing happens.
e) the cluster that contain x2222 , the ICT trunk configuration, the CSS contains the Voicemail partition.
Any suggest?

Hi Andres,
Maybe you could try setting up the 800# as an Alternate Extension under 2222.
