CUCM phone logon unsuccessful

After logging on to a phone I get the logon successful message but the phone defaults to the logon page. I changed the CallManager the phone registered to and found no errors.

The version of CUCM is

I have this problem too.

It may be a dbreplication problem. Try to re-create the replication and add CM to the device pool.
