I have a 3725 Router that I want to upgrade its Flash from 32MB to 64MB. I opened up it and didn't see any regular slot for Flash Memory. All it had slots for DRAM. There is a slot available though on a mother board for a Compact type of Flash. Just want to make sure that what memory chip I need to look into in order to upgrade the Flash
Thanks

Any good brand should work, internal or external. The router will recognize up to 128 MB, but it may be bigger than that.

So it means that 3725 Architecture doesn't have a capability to upgrade Flash through regular Memory Chip, I guess. I only has built-in Flash and upgrade can only be done via Compact Flash Memory Chip.
Thanks

Errr ... If memory serves me correct, you the 3700 (and the 2690) series router has an internal CF, however, you can also use external flash, called slot0:, as well.
Why not put the CF in the external flash drive and change the boot settings?
