Hello netpros!
We are currently deploying the dms/dme for a customer. We are in the process of capturing a stream using the DME to a local file. When playing the captured file, the colors are not "correct".
To give you a picture of what we are using,we have the following:
1)Canon pal video camera
2) av(usb like) to rca cable connected to an rca to bnc converter, terminated on CVBS-Pb .
We have tried all the signals under encoders settings but the color issue persists.
Did anyone of you encounter this before??

Can you stop the encoder from DMM and logon to the 1100 to start the video from there? Then use WMP to play the stream to see if you see the same issue. Also make sure your DME is set to use the same standard as your camera (PAL PAL or NTSC NTSC, etc).

Well,we did try this but without any positive results.
If you have encountered this before, please let me know what type of cables/settings/connectors have you used
Thanks
