Please whats the process to migrate user licenses from unity to Unity connection

You should probably use the Product Upgrade Tool. We are assuming you purchased a new server, with new CUC license off your smartnet contract.
If you log into the Product Upgrade Tool, you should have license to check out for your server. Cisco will ship the PAK keys for subscribers, ports and features.
There is no migration from the old licenses to the new that i know of. It may be possible to email the licenses files from Unity to licensing@cisco.com with your Cisco Sales Order Number for CUC and have them covert your ports/subscribers to new CUC licenses.
But I would check with the Product Upgrade Tool first.
