Hi, I configure the UC500 whit the following commands to enable the Force Authorizatin Code:

But the call is established whitout enter the username and password. The call is established without problem. but the prompt is not heard. What is the error o missing in the configuration?

Hi,

note they use a "loopback" voip DP to trigger the service. You instead only have the pots DP, that is not enough.

All in all is quite complicated, it would be easier to use after-hours and PIN login, or simply a secret prefix that you configure as destination pattern for international calls.
