Call Accounting Mate inputs

Does anyone have any experience to share with Call Accounting Mate? Like the installation, usage, support?

I am looking a budget call accounting software that can generate a billing to a department/group.

It seems that Call Accounting Mate will do what I need.

We have included this in approx 10 implementations.

Works well for the price. The only problem we found was trying to export databse when changing computers it ran on.
