I had an ATA 186 trying to access 10.1.1.1 (SRST). My firewall blocked it because that IP is not in my network. Come to find out it was coded into my ATA by default. Not sure if its due to CUCM BE business edition or not but. I went to the ATA webpage and changed the SCCP settings on CallManager0 and CallManager1 from 0 to the IP address of my Call Manager.
Now it works, SRST is showing up active and one standby.
Just thought I would post this since TAC had no idea about this or how to fix it.
