It depends on your license. If you have a license for unified communications, and the phones are SIP or Skinny phones associated with a Cisco Call Manager, then yes. Hi Friend,


I am facing 2 critical problems in Netmanager 1.1


1. Whenever i discover Call Manager it gets discovered as Host as the capability, where as it should show as Call Manager. How to rectify this issue...


2. After acknowledgning the events, still it shows as RED which is painful.


Can you kindly give me some clue on how to resolve these issues.


I have License IP Infrastructure & Unified Communication.
