UCCX Script of unavailability

hello,

i have UCCX 7.0 premiem edition. i want to develop a script that asks the caller of his personal informations like (name, company, ...) after 30 seconds of ringing with no answer, and send them to the supervisor via e-mail.

It is not difficult to write scripts, just read the manual and follow the basic steps.

Of course if you don't want to do that, you can can hire a professional for the job.
