CUPS7 have problem to authenticate LDAP users

Hi All,

I just tried to setup a CUPS7+CUCM7 using LDAP (Active Directory). CUPS7 can see the user from CUCM7. But when use "https://<CUPS7 IP>/ccmuser" I always get authentication failure and also I cannot login to personal communicator. But I can login to the CUCM7 link ("https://<CUCM7 IP>/ccmuser") without problem. The system troubleshooting in CUPS7 has no problem related to this and I am sure that the LDAP server and LDAP profile setting is correct in CUPS7. Anyone has idea for this problem?

Go to CUPS command line and type the command below:

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

Thanks and I will try. But I have tried to reboot the system and still the same.
